Martin Brune, founder of GedankenLos! Vesseling, a thriving European school focused on the essential practices of meditation, energy work and envisioning, will speak of his discovery of the unseen dimensions of the power of now:
GedankenLos! Vesseling.

GedankenLos! is a German term meaning “without thought,” Vesseling is a term that describes
the way of clearing the human energy vessel, everyday, to achieve lightness, or personal empowerment through the spaciousness that all creations birth from.

"....over the years I’ve become a researcher in the matter of (life) energies...“

As mentioned in my book, I previously worked as a qualified engineer with my own management consultancy, until I suddenly became very ill overnight, simply because nothing worked anymore: burnout.
My consultancy clients disappeared and my business was gone. The line of bunsiness I was in was full of sharks – they just snatched away whatever was left. It was a horrible time and it felt as if when you’re dashed to the ground, life will throw a few more punches at you. During that time, I was innerly resigned to my social decline.

A letter from the health insurance company came in the mail stating they would pay for three more months before coverage would "end". Over 300 hours of psychoanalysis and other psycho-therapeutic approaches, hospital stays, as well as analyses and discussions with Peruvian, Siberian, yogic and quantum energy healers, nurtured in me over the course of years the core idea of a spectacularly simple (energy) model. The implementation of this simple theory gave me back the strength and brought me into the path of my vocation and therefore into the “life” of my energetic vessel:

It was unbelievable but true: My vessel became lighter, and I was not only fit again, but also found my vocation! With an empty vessel every person can find their real self!

With this concept, which is unlike any other prescribed direction, healing and faith system, I am living proof of what I teach others. Finding one such concept, a teacher who could convince me of the things he taught, became the focus of my spiritual quest. At that time, I found nobody who could show me or teach me this authenticity.

„I found my calling through my energetic path....“

Practical experience led me to the conviction that our bodies are like vessels which can be loaded with heavy energy (thus becoming sick) or offloaded and made lighter (healthy).

Not only did I become lighter, but through my path I also found my true life vision: to be a clear-sighted facilitator, explorer and awareness teacher in an energy/vision school that I established myself, something I have now been doing for years.

My concept is based on a fact that cannot be denied: my own life experience and the experience I have gained from thousands of clients with whom I’ve had the honour of working in my energy sessions.

In some part of my heart I still am an electrical engineer with a proclivity for reasoning. I don’t feel drawn to any esoteric direction, although today I still analyze all “new” esoteric trends and healing methods.

This healthy "engineer’s scepticism" makes my views of many spiritual concepts appear funny. Some presentations therefore turn into cabaret events where the question to be answered is: „Is all the stuff they talk about really true?“

So over the years I have become an explorer of the truth contained in these worlds. The proof for the effectivity of my teachings can be found in the lively attendance of the energy school. As of the end of 2010 one has to apply with a statement of intention. Those accepted are the ones who are prepared to change their lives and make decisions – an essential prerequisite for improving one’s quality of life.

I do not see myself as a guru or anything like that. I teach something that liberated me from the most severe crisis in my life, and based on this I’ve developed a set of courses and a meditation form for others.

To avoid inducing a dependency on myself and my form of meditation, I work together with several team leaders, teachers and assistants. Through the whole process, it is always the person and his/her own development we focus on. Also, it is my personal charisma about the meditative path taught, not the glorification of my person, that has established my credibility!

The energy school I founded is autonomous in its function.

“Shamanic” yet still untypical

Asking people what they associate with the word “shamanic”, one will hear all sorts of different fantasies and interpretations.
Experience with “shamanic techniques” goes back a long time (see below). Over the years, the work with shamanic techniques has continually developed into a kind of “energetic science about energy and awareness”.
The structure of the energy courses has evolved from working as a researcher and teacher of these courses. My engineering training has always helped me to maintain a critical eye.
The energy courses are a very authentic (though not esoteric) guidance in helping people increase their quality of life by increasing their self-confidence.
They should show a person an individual process, through which one can learn to use the power of the Now to pacify the agonizing negative stream of thoughts, the mental uproar which is fed by energetic blockages – it is the path of inner peace.
